4. Should government spend
more money on improving road and highways, or should government spend more
money on improving public transportation (buses,train,subway).why? use specific

In my opinion the governments should spend more money to expand existing roads
to unravel congestion, especiallythe manufacture toll road city because I think it’s very most useful.
With the toll road in the city will split the track and vehicle congestion
becomes unraveled.
Because if governments spend more money to improve public transportation like
the (bus, train, subway) then it will add to congestion. for example if
government improving general transportation
without pay attention to
extensive road it can be ascertained
more vehicles stuck in congestion.
Perhaps other solutions by limiting existing vehicles,or making the subway then
all was very help transportation already very congested.
